My name is Ankie Pon.

I am an illustrator and designer based in San Francisco, California.

Art and design has always been a big part of my life. I have been drawing since I was five years old. I developed my visual library by studying the works of artists that I admire (From large studios like Ghibli, to smaller artists that I have followed online over the years). During the course of my university studies in computer science and game design I learned the reasoning and psychology behind user intuition which brought more intention to my work.

In the past four years, I have grown into my own style and honed my eye for design. I have worked as an artist for environments, backgrounds, characters, and visual development. As I conclude my time in university, I look forward to new opportunities to use my skills.

On a more personal note: I have a little cat that I love with all my heart, I love ttrpgs, making soup, playing guitar, and going on walks.
